Absolutely! We encourage family-centered care and welcome your partner, doula, or loved ones to support you during labor and delivery. Our birthing suites are designed to accommodate your chosen support team while maintaining a calm, private environment.

We prioritize natural, physiological birth and offer non-medical pain relief methods such as hydrotherapy (water immersion), massage, breathing techniques, and movement (e.g., birth balls, walking, or squatting). While we don’t provide epidurals, our midwife is trained to ensure your comfort and safety. If medical pain relief becomes necessary, we coordinate seamlessly with nearby hospitals for transfers.
